DESIGN REASONING
Condition
The vacation house is located on Isla del Este, a Delta setting reached by boat where landscape and water define the arrival experience.
Operation
A cantilever marks the entrance and a bridge crosses a reflecting pool; large glazed planes, double-height spaces and courtyards open the house to its surroundings.
Outcome
The entrance sequence, light and views connect recreation and rest areas with the landscape without blurring common and private zones.
