DESIGN REASONING
Condition
A two-story house had to bring together three bedrooms, a study, service areas and gathering spaces within a private community in Benavídez.
Operation
An embankment extends the route from entrance level to a multifunctional roof terrace; double-height spaces and skylights bring light into the interior.
Outcome
The roof becomes part of daily life through recreation areas, a barbecue pavilion and services, while circulation links landscape, common spaces and private areas.
