What information we receive

When you complete the form, we receive your name, contact details, general project location and the information you choose to share about the property or commission, including attached files.

How it is used

The information is used to respond to the inquiry, assess the starting point, arrange a conversation and, where appropriate, prepare a professional proposal. Arquitectura FN does not sell this data or use it for campaigns unrelated to the inquiry.

Technical services

The site uses hosting and email infrastructure to operate. Valid files are attached to the inquiry email and the temporary server copy is deleted after sending. The Instagram section uses an authorized integration and links to Instagram when a visitor chooses to open a post. Those providers apply their own policies.

Retention, correction and deletion

Information is retained for as long as necessary to respond to the inquiry and meet administrative obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion by writing to arq.fiorentininutz@gmail.com.
