Architecture adapts to the user, not the user to the architecture.
My work begins by listening to how a person wants to live, work, host, rest or grow. I do not translate that information literally: I interpret it together with the place, orientation, brief, regulations and available resources.
Authorship is not imposing a recognizable image. It is preserving a way of thinking and guiding the central decisions until they can be documented, priced and built without losing their original reason.

LISTENING AND INTERPRETATION
The client contributes information the design needs.
Listening does not mean accepting every request literally. It means identifying the routine, relationship, concern or future possibility behind an observation.
An objection may reveal that circulation is still unclear, privacy is missing or the budget is concentrated where it changes daily life the least. The design learns from that information and turns it into space.
AUTHORSHIP
Life, judgment and built work.
LifeUnderstand the relationships, routines and future changes the design must accommodate.
JudgmentTurn constraints into decisions about plan, section, light, structure and materiality.
ConstructionLead and verify so those decisions survive budgeting, documentation and construction.
THREE DESIGN MATERIALS
Abstraction must always produce a real outcome.
Light
It does not work as decoration. It guides movement, determines openings, improves habitability, shapes geometry and establishes the relationship between interior, shade and exterior.
Structure
It is not added later. It can free a plan, remove supports, create a double-height space or make a cantilever possible; it therefore conditions and is conditioned by the architecture.
Budget
It is not only a limit. It establishes priorities: concentrating resources where they change the spatial experience and simplifying where cost does not improve the result.

TECHNICAL COLLABORATIONS
Authorship is supported by specialized knowledge.
Depending on the scale of the commission, the practice incorporates structural engineering, building systems, construction documents, permits and other specialties. Those collaborations verify specific decisions without diluting architectural leadership or fragmenting responsibility to the client.
FIORENTINI NUTZ + ARQUIENER S.A.
Architectural thinking and construction capability within one process.
Fiorentini Nutz develops the architecture and establishes the approach that must be preserved. When a commission requires integrated delivery, Arquiener S.A. can continue with budgeting, planning, technical coordination and construction.
This relationship reduces handoffs between design and construction. It does not require both scopes to be commissioned, but it changes how the project is conceived from the outset: every idea is developed knowing it must pass through real materials, trades, schedules and unforeseen conditions.

Architecture when it enters construction.
Arquiener's latest five reels show structure, building systems, coordination and the decisions that must be resolved for a project to materialize.
To begin, we do not need every answer. We need to understand the conditions correctly.
