DESIGN REASONING
Condition
The third Isla del Este house is set within a Delta environment reached by boat and intended for family retreat.
Operation
An elevated approach over the water introduces the house, while large-format openings, double-height spaces and courtyards create continuity with the exterior.
Outcome
Light reaches deep into the house, views accompany the route and the vacation spaces maintain a constant relationship with the island landscape.
