DESIGN REASONING
Condition
The second Isla del Este house responds to the same island setting and water access established for the series of vacation homes in the Delta.
Operation
The entrance is emphasized through a cantilever, bridge and reflecting pool; glazed planes, double-height spaces and courtyards extend the interiors toward the landscape.
Outcome
The proposal organizes rest and recreation around light, views and outdoor contact while keeping family and private areas distinct.
