Condition
The house had to allow staged construction and accommodate changes in use without losing its relationship with the Benavídez setting.
Operation
Geometry organizes flexible rooms, expands views and positions openings to support natural light and ventilation.
Outcome
Growth can be incorporated progressively while spaces retain continuity, adaptability and exterior contact.
