DESIGN REASONING
Condition
A full city block had to accommodate 16 dwellings while sustaining domestic privacy and urban continuity.
Operation
A system of repeatable cells forms a shared volume and is perforated by courtyards, terraces and voids.
Outcome
Each unit retains its own outdoor space and exterior contact, while the complex maintains a unified reading and a logic capable of adapting to other configurations.
