DESIGN REASONING
Condition
A traditional linear house had been converted into a multi-story building without drawings or a permit, and construction had been shut down.
Operation
The structure was surveyed, reinforcement was defined, the design was brought into compliance and the documents required for municipal filing were produced.
Outcome
The drawings were approved and the property was regularized, clearly distinguishing the proposed design from the decisions ultimately built by the owner.
