DESIGN REASONING
Condition
A pair of teachers needed a two-bedroom apartment to accommodate domestic life, professional work and a substantial collection of books and materials.
Operation
The wall between the study and living-dining room is replaced by transparent glazing, while a continuous cabinet concentrates storage along the walls.
Outcome
The study can be separated without blocking light or reducing the sense of spaciousness, while the built-in furniture frees usable area for daily activities.
