DESIGN REASONING
Condition
The house was already under construction and lacked prior documentation, so the existing structure first had to be surveyed and verified.
Operation
Engineered reinforcement and a new stair beside a vertical garden were added, topped by a translucent polycarbonate skylight.
Outcome
The intervention improves safety, organizes circulation and brings natural light to the center of the house without denying what was already built.
