DESIGN REASONING
Condition
An existing multi-family proposal had to comply with local regulations and improve the organization of its units and circulation.
Operation
In collaboration with Jorge Gersberg, vertical cores, egress systems, units and material criteria were redesigned; visualizations were also developed to communicate the project.
Outcome
The intervention organized overall operation, enabled municipal approval to move forward and linked residential spaces with shared amenities, including an art room.
