DESIGN REASONING
Condition
The development had to combine collective housing, commercial activity and common spaces within a three-level urban structure in El Talar.
Operation
The ground floor activates the frontage with retail and amenities; courtyards, green terraces, pools and shared spaces distribute outdoor areas across different levels.
Outcome
Units receive light and private or shared outdoor areas, while the building combines domestic privacy, social exchange and urban use in one system.
