DESIGN REASONING
Condition
The flag-shaped lot provides an access only 1.5 meters wide and requires controlling views from the urban surroundings.
Operation
A red ramp leads to the entrance, while the house closes toward its perimeter and organizes itself around a large interior courtyard.
Outcome
The courtyard concentrates light and ventilation for all three levels, brings nature into the center of the plan and creates privacy without isolating rooms from one another.
