DESIGN REASONING
Condition
The machinery warehouse had to provide a large interior area and an envelope resistant to industrial use in Don Torcuato.
Operation
An exposed-brick base rises four meters and is completed by an upper volume clad in sheet metal.
Outcome
The base protects the most exposed areas, while the upper portion lightens the enclosure, combining operational robustness with a clear reading of the warehouse scale.
