DESIGN REASONING
Condition
The brief had to bring together temporary lodging, two permanent homes and a bar capable of engaging with the tourism activity of downtown Tigre.
Operation
A through-bar connects the front and rear of the lot; rooms, common areas and homes are separated according to their degrees of permanence and privacy.
Outcome
The public level extends urban activity, while guests and residents have common and private areas without overlapping their routines.
