DESIGN REASONING
Condition
A residual site beside Route 197 and the river had to become a space for physical activity, rest and community gathering.
Operation
The track structures the complex and is complemented by exercise equipment, benches and a building for the Sports Department.
Outcome
The proposal turns an unused edge into an accessible public continuum combining sport, landscape and administration.
