DESIGN REASONING
Condition
A small party-wall lot had to accommodate the field, changing rooms, administration and an observation point without reducing the playing area.
Operation
Changing rooms and offices are raised in a lightweight structure, leaving the ground floor free for the playing field.
Outcome
Support functions occupy the section instead of competing for ground area, while the field retains continuity and visual control in a compact urban setting.
